OPEX recieves prestigious title
OPEX’s AS3690i high speed scanner has been named the winner of the esteemed Document Manager (DM) Award for Scanning Product of the Year in the high volume category.

This award was presented at the 3rd Annual DM Awards ceremony which hosted hundreds of guests including vendors, distributors and information providers, and trade press on October 22, at the Hotel Novotel in London's St Pancra.
 
In the High Volume Scanner Product of the Year category, OPEX was listed among industry mainstays such as Fujitsu, Kodak, and HP. “We are honored to receive this award in recognition of our ongoing efforts to make scanning large volumes of documents more efficient and cost-effective,” said Simon Bushell, Sales Manager for European Operations.

The OPEX AS3690i is a high speed scanner with a unique drop feeder, integrated into an OPEX mail extraction desk.

By combining mail extraction with scanning, documents are imaged right out of the envelope rather than being routed outside of the mailroom to be processed. In just one step, the AS3690i operator is able to open, extract, identify, scan, orient, sort, print an audit trail, and output mail contents.
